What we store

Name, email/mobile, password (hashed), profile, and what you create: posts, tasks, reviews, chats, ledger entries.

Location

Location is read only when you tap a button. It is rounded to ~110 m before saving; exact position is never stored. If you stop sharing, others stop seeing you. Jam chat keeps only a ~500 m grid cell.

Who can see what

Nearby people see your first name and approximate distance only. Your full name and house/flat label are visible only to connections you accepted. A donor's mobile is shared only with the donor's consent. A rental's exact address goes only to inquirers the owner approves. The expense ledger is fully private — even admins cannot see it.

Sharing / selling

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. No third-party trackers.

Your control

Settings → "Delete my account" permanently erases all your data at any time. Report and block tools are available throughout.

Emergencies

This platform is not a substitute for 999 or professional emergency services. Health information is not medical advice.
